Directions to the museum:

From direction Trier:
Take federal road 419 until turnpike at Nennig. Turn left into federal road 406/Europaroad 29

From direction Luxembourg:
National road N2 until Remich/border point at Nennig. At Nennig turnpike take 2nd exit towards federal road 406/Europaroad 29

From direction France:
National road N153 via Thionville and Sierck until border point Apach/Perl. Continue straight on fed-eral road 419. At Nennig turnpike take first exit towards federal road 406/Europaroad 29

From direction Saarbrücken:
From highway 620 go straight on A8 passed Mer-zig until Perl-Borg exit. Take a right into federal road 407. At subsequent crossroads (Potsdamer Platz) turn left into federal road 406/Europaroad 29

Inside Sinz:
At road sign “Beuren” turn into main road. After the church turn left into “Kreuzweilerstrasse”. Continue on the road until town end. The “bunker” is located about 50 m passed the town sign at the left side of the slope.

Description of attraction/activity:

Completely restored “Westwall” bunker from 1940
Time allowance/tour duration: 12-person tour groups: about 15 minutes
Length (in KMs) of the trail: Bunker installation from road on is about 30 meters. References to obstacle line (dragons’ teeth) at Tettingen and American peace memorial at the heights of Sinz.
Degree of difficulty: Even access from road on. Wheelchair users can access the bunker with minimal assistance.
Parking available: For private cars on the access road. Tour buses can easily park at road bend.
